Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree
Current Idaho PTA license or PT Licensure Compact (PTLC) license, as applicable
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance

Nice To Haves

1+ year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Home health experience
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
Participate in the coordination of patient care
Implement treatment plans and document patient progress
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adhere to infection control and safety standards
