We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Home Health team serving the South Coastal County. Competitive hourly pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Full-time position Coverage area: Solana Beach to Coronado Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with generous company match Paid time off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program Critical illness benefit As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: Provide in-home physical therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care (POC). Assist patients with mobility, strength, pain management, and range of motion exercises. Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training. Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage. Educate patients on the use of assistive devices (wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, prosthetics). Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition. Requirements

Active California PTA license
Minimum 2 years of patient care experience (Home Health experience preferred)
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
Strong communication and organizational skills
