Requirements

• Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in state of occupancy
• Must hold an Associates degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current valid BLS CPR card
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric therapy
• Previous experience in a home health setting

Responsibilities

• Provide home based services in a condensed geographic zone
• Support and empower clinicians to develop their clinical and leadership skills
• Work in alignment with staff and therapists to provide high-quality care
