About The Position

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. This role involves providing services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings, including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies. The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for delivering quality patient care, developing and continuing ongoing treatment plans, assisting with discharge plans, contributing to case management, and maintaining a positive level of interaction with patients and center staff. Additionally, adherence to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy assistant services is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist
• Provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies
