As a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work in the field, visiting patients in their homes in the anticipated territory of Rio Linda. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will provide quality patient care to help individuals live safely and productively in their home environment.
Requirements
- License PTA in California
- Current CPR License
- Current CA Driver's License
- Computer Proficiency
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Work well independently and in a team
- Excel at building rapport with patients and providing the highest quality of care

- Complete a computer literacy assessment prior to scheduling an in-person interview
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience is highly preferred
- Experience with high acuity patients is a plus
- Experience working with an interdisciplinary team is highly desired
- Case Management fundamentals is highly desired
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing appropriate aspects of quality patient care
- Address the needs of individuals in their homes, so they can live safely and productively in their home environment
- Examine each individual and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
- Work with patients to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles
