About The Position

Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Elmhurst and surrounding areas. As part of our 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), you’ll help older adults achieve independence while enjoying the flexibility, support, and compensation you deserve. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals.
• Creatively execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation.
