About The Position

Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Elmhurst and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
