About The Position
The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide care to home care patients under the direction of a licensed physical therapist. This role involves performing selected procedures based on the therapist's evaluation and plan of care, while considering the patient's age and developmental level. The assistant will coordinate patient care through communication with various healthcare team members, document patient care activities, supervise support staff, and participate in departmental activities.
