This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The role involves treating patients and delegating appropriate patient care tasks to technician staff.
Treats patients in a safe manner
Completes daily billing and documentation for each patient
Modifies home exercise program as needed
Completes required continuing education to maintain state licensure
Performs other duties as assigned
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program preferred
Minimum of an Associates Degree required
Previous experience in the outpatient setting is preferred
Must be computer literate with basic computer skills
Must be licensed as a physical therapy assistant in the state of Tennessee or Mississippi, depending on the assigned work location
