You will work directly under the tutelage of our Clinic Director, who brings over 17 years of experience in clinical leadership. This role is not just about management; it is a mentored partnership where you will receive dedicated guidance to develop your administrative and operational skill set while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Requirements

  • Professional Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Current (or eligible) state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience: While previous management experience is not required, a strong clinical foundation and a desire to lead are essential.
  • Mindset: A "team-first" attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist in leading daily clinic operations, upholding company policies, and identifying areas for process improvement to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Clinical Leadership: Oversee patient evaluations and treatment planning, ensuring that our high-performing team delivers care that meets established clinical protocols.
  • Team Mentorship: Supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and energetic environment that encourages staff growth and patient satisfaction.
  • Workflow Coordination: Support the daily clinical workflow, addressing urgent situations as they arise and ensuring the facility remains a premier environment for physical therapy.
  • Quality Documentation: Maintain and audit timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries) to meet compliance and insurance standards.
  • Community Advocacy & Outreach: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for the medical community and caregivers, ensuring every patient benefits from a seamless, well-coordinated recovery journey.
