About the position

Benchmark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant - Clinic Director to join our team in Keizer, Oregon. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
