About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. This role is an aquatic therapy opportunity, and Mountain Land offers the advantage of supportive training and mentorship for clinicians interested in developing this specialty. No prior aquatic experience is required - you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in aquatic therapy while being supported by a team committed to high quality, patient centered care.

Requirements

Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
A drive to continue to learn and elevate your craft
Interest in Aquatic Therapy

Responsibilities

Manage a Balanced Caseload - Top performers treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care.
Autonomy in Treatment - You’ve invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. Working in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, you’ll have the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply the skills you’ve gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Collaborate with a High-Level Team - Work alongside experienced therapists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab.
