  • Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with various diagnoses and disabilities.
  • Evaluate and treat patients/clients considering their individual physical or age-related needs.
  • Conduct professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence.
  • Support the mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable in our communities.
  • Bachelor's degree or master's Degree OR D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Occasionally specialized physical therapy training or experience may be required.
