The Northville Health Center is an Ambulatory Care facility comprised of clinical and diagnostic services, dedicated to providing high quality health care services for adults and children. We are currently seeking a Contingent Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary musculoskeletal rehabilitation team. This Pelvic Floor Therapist will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of female, male, and non-binary patients with physical dysfunction, injury, post-surgical, and general bowel, bladder, and pain dysfunction. Candidate is expected to plan, implement, evaluate and modify treatment programs for patients; provide direct patient care using physical therapy procedures and modalities; instruct patients in use of prescribed equipment and home exercise programs; maintain records of patient condition and physical therapy procedures/modalities; serve as consultant to physicians, surgeons, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers and other health care professionals concerning clinical problems and/or procedures; conduct special projects/in-services as directed; participate in teaching of physical therapy/physical therapy assistant students. This position can be filled after the initial 7 day posting period.
