GreenStone is seeking a Physical Security Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our physical security and safety programs. This role ensures the protection of employees, facilities, and assets through effective security strategies, systems, and operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Criminal Justice, Security Management, Security Sciences, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations management, corporate security, emergency management, or employee safety.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of physical security and safety programs.
  • Oversee building security systems, access controls, and surveillance technologies.
  • Lead selection, implementation, and maintenance of security software/hardware.
  • Coordinate annual reviews of safety, security, and emergency management policies.
  • Support security aspects of construction and remodel projects.
  • Organize employee safety training (CPR, AED, first aid, etc.).
  • Facilitate project meetings and develop schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Track budgets, resources, and project progress.
  • Provide regular status reports and ensure adherence to quality standards.
