About The Position

The Datacenter Project Manager at Securitas Security Services USA Inc. is responsible for overseeing the deployment of advanced security solutions within client environments. This hybrid role requires collaboration with the Consultant Program Manager to ensure projects are executed seamlessly, adhering to quality, budget, and schedule standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management roles, particularly with physical security systems.
• Familiarity with datacenter security environments and IT principles.
• Knowledge of security systems, including Lenel, Milestone, and Galaxy (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD LT (desirable), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with project management in a hybrid work environment.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and plans for security solutions.
• Oversee third-party vendor compliance and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR) and client standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project-related meetings, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Validate system installations, address issues, and oversee final turnover to the GSOC.
• Continuously refine processes through after-action reviews and lessons learned.
