The Physical Security Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing physical security projects within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of facilities through effective project management and the implementation of security technologies and strategies.

Manage physical security projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee the design, installation, and integration of access control and CCTV systems.
Develop and implement security strategies based on industry best practices.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with security protocols.

High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years' experience in physical security project management.
2+ years' experience in Security Operations in technology, manufacturing, or similar industries.
Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and defense in depth strategies.
BA/BS degree or higher in a related field.
2+ years of experience working with design, installation, and integration of Access-Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems.
PSP, CPP, or PMP Certification.
Training in or experience using Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).
Certification or hands-on working experience with Lenel Access Control System.
