About The Position

The Physical Security Program Analyst will work with the Physical Security Program team to identify risk, administer security policy, coordinate security operations and gather and communicate intelligence for the enterprise. Develop, evaluate, implement and maintain the physical security program, technology, processes, tools and procedures. Protect the enterprise mission and operations and the security and life safety of all patients, families, visitors and staff. Utilize technical knowledge, skills and business principles to continuously assess vulnerabilities, hazards and risk to identify and execute appropriate protection and security measures that add value, improve safety and align with strategic initiatives. Continuously assess the reliability, availability, defensibility, intelligibility and scalability of the physical security technology systems. Gather real-time and investigative information and promptly notify appropriate personnel and leadership. Develop program materials and train security personnel in requirements and procedures. Participate in project planning and design efforts in order to specify, standardize and design security requirements, equipment, methods, procedures, and systems. Provide technical field support and troubleshooting skills for system deployment, integrations, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance. Coordinate projects, security equipment purchase, installation, service and repair. Maintain the program visibility board. Coordinate and activate response procedures in a fast-paced environment that requires prioritizing a wide range of incident, system, and service issues. Multi-task, providing a balance between security, service, monitoring and notification using best practice methodologies and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline related to Physical Security
  • At least five (5) years experience with physical security devices, software, dispatch or monitoring systems
  • At least three (3) years experience coordinating Security Operations or related experience in hazard/risk mitigation, security project management or security system design
  • N/A
