Meta's Global Security team is seeking to fill the role of Physical Security Operations Area Lead in the San Francisco Bay Area, reporting to the Regional Security Director. Our Meta offices are the foundation upon which our rapidly growing company operates. This role will manage all physical security operations and programs to deliver a safe and secure environment at our locations while protecting our people, assets and operations. Physical Security Operations include oversight of contract security guard force in the assigned area, incident escalation and crisis response. Programmatic responsibilities will include support of emerging business lines within the assigned area to include Reality Lab and Retail operations, along with other workplace initiatives and emerging business lines. You will be expected to lead and manage strategic relationships both internally and externally, driving large-scale projects that support established strategies. As the Area Lead, you will contribute to the vision and strategy, scaling operations, developing talent, and creating robust operational protocols, policies, and standards. These efforts will ensure a cohesive, consistent, and unified global program that advances Meta's mission to connect the world. Maintaining close partnerships with cross-functional teams to execute our vision and enhance the program is a key component of the role. This position will be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and will have responsibilities as assigned within the region and travel.
