About The Position
Physical Security Officer Administers and coordinates the physical security activities for a classified space or SCIF to ensure compliance with government regulations Develops access control and/or physical security inspection reports Experience with all aspects of classified media destruction Provides physical security inspections of classified spaces Provides physical security guidance and support to USG for construction and rehab projects Provides security guidance for all requests for the placement of communications equipment within a SCIF Supports building/area alarm systems and perimeter intrusion detection systems. The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience
- TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance
- Experience with all aspects of classified media destruction
- US Citizenship Required
- Experience with Access Control (AC)
- Experience with Physical Security
- Experience with Security Alarm Systems
