As a Physical Security Enablement Senior Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our mission to protect and enable our data centers (IBXs) with world-class physical security solutions. You'll lead and support complex security initiatives across our global IBX footprint, collaborating with teams from Cyber Security to Global Design & Construction. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational resilience, and compliance excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in security systems and vendor management, or 8+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
Proven data center experience, including equipment installation, large-scale cabling, and deployment of integrated security systems across hardware, software, and network infrastructure

Nice To Haves

PMP certification preferred
Proficiency in Bluebeam and major security system platforms

Responsibilities

Contributes and maintains alignment with national and regional executive stakeholders in relation to security systems and policy, strategic direction, and future business objectives.
Manages multiple tasks within cross-functional projects.
Supports and provides input/guidance on design engineering and project planning on new and expansion of IBX's.
Own end-to-end delivery of physical security projects - from budgeting and scheduling to execution and reporting
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and drive accountability
Analyze operational data to identify risks, improve productivity, and enhance profitability
Resolve day-to-day security issues across multiple IBX sites
Conduct SPOF and End-of-Life reviews, site physicals, and remediation planning
Provide hands-on support for security systems and installation efforts
Design and deliver security training programs across global sites
Identify stakeholder training needs and ensure consistent knowledge transfer
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to the team
Review and refine security design standards for new IBX builds
Recommends alterations to design, development, implementation, and analysis to improve quality of products, new technologies, procedures, and/or efficiencies.
Provides drawing reviews of both internal and cross-functional designs.
