About The Position

The Physical Security Assessment Manager at Pinkerton will oversee the Physical Security Assessment program for one of the company's largest global clients. This role involves planning, initiating, and assessing the effectiveness of physical security measures across client sites in the Americas. The manager will ensure that assessments align with strategic objectives, maintain schedules, and provide results to stakeholders to mitigate security risks and enhance security programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence, security, or law enforcement.
  • At least seven years of experience in defense, intelligence, law enforcement, or corporate physical security testing.
  • Three years of experience in a regional or global corporate environment.
  • CPP, PSP, or similar certification is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analysis skills.

  • Knowledge of intelligence gathering and analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with current technical security solutions and physical security systems.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Experience in managing projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead physical security assessments within the Americas region.
  • Propose, scope, and manage projects for continuous improvement of assessments or mitigation capabilities.
  • Develop program improvements related to policies, procedures, and standards for consistent assessments.
  • Review corporate security solutions, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage activities such as intelligence gathering, threat assessments, and corrective action planning.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on emerging technology trends and regional threat landscapes.
  • Participate in developing a security roadmap and adapting best practices.
  • Manage regular technical review groups and after-action reviews with stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and training to team members and embedded personnel.
  • Prepare detailed reports and technical analyses for customers.
