About The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Physical Security Analyst on the Tailored Brands Loss Prevention team. The Physical Security Analyst is responsible for the daily management, analysis, and coordination of physical security work orders and related support activities across stores, offices, and supply chain facilities. This role supports key Loss Prevention systems and programs, including CCTV, fire alarms, burglar alarms, electronic article surveillance, and access control. In this role, the Physical Security Analyst will manage the full lifecycle of work orders, monitor service activity and vendor performance, analyze physical security issues and trends, and help ensure timely, cost-effective support for internal customers. This position will also assist with reporting, issue resolution, and process improvement efforts that strengthen the overall physical security program. The role will report directly to the Manager, Physical Security, and will work closely with internal business partners, field leaders, and external vendors. This is a hybrid position working onsite at the Houston Oak Park corporate office three days per week.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in physical security, loss prevention, facilities support, maintenance coordination, or a related field required.
  • Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication, and people skills.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, analyze relevant information, and determine appropriate next steps within established guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond with urgency, and maintain strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
  • Dependable, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on new projects and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily intake, prioritization, coordination, and closure of physical security work orders for stores, offices, and supply chain facilities.
  • Analyze physical security requests and determine the appropriate course of action based on company policies, operational needs, budget guidelines, and service urgency.
  • Partner with vendors to coordinate service, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, scopes of work, service history, and warranty coverage to validate repairs, confirm pricing, and avoid unnecessary expenses.
  • Maintain and update work order management systems and related documentation to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and visibility into physical security activity.
  • Interpret lease language, landlord responsibilities, and approval requirements to support decisions related to repairs, installations, and service requests.
  • Monitor physical security communications, incident follow-up items, and service requests, ensuring matters are routed, documented, and resolved appropriately.
  • Administer alarm code changes, call list updates, and related access control processes in accordance with department procedures and business needs.
  • Analyze work order activity, recurring service issues, and vendor performance trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support reporting, budget tracking, and process improvement efforts that enhance service delivery and strengthen the overall physical security program.
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, and other internal partners to support physical security needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties and support special projects related to physical security and Loss Prevention as assigned.
