About The Position

The Physical Plant Services Office Manager at Piedmont Geriatric Hospital is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in maintaining the buildings, utilities, equipment, and grounds on the Nottoway Campus. This role includes managing the AOS and CMMS Coordinator and serving as the liaison for the Incident Command Center during unplanned crises or utility losses.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Prior experience coordinating goals and objectives with internal and external customers.
  • Computer Maintenance Management Services experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office management experience.
  • Considerable knowledge of applicable rules and regulations pertaining to Environmental Services/Safety.
  • Prior experience working with EVA.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in a state facility.
