About The Position

The Physical Education Teacher at Santa Rosa Academy is responsible for teaching and instructing elementary school students in physical education. This role involves planning, developing, and organizing a comprehensive physical education program, as well as assisting in athletic and recreational programs on campus. The position is full-time and is set to begin in January 2025.

Requirements

• Valid California Single Subject Credential in Physical Education.
• EL Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct students in physical education in a large group setting.
• Plan, develop, and organize a comprehensive physical education program for assigned students.
• Assist in the operation of athletic and recreation programs and clubs on campus.
• Perform other related functions as required.
