About The Position

We are seeking strong, reliable, and compassionate caregivers to join our team in the Greater Austin and Leander areas. This role involves providing essential physical support to clients who require assistance with mobility, transfers, and daily activities. This position is ideal for candidates who are physically active, comfortable working 12-hour shifts, and able to travel to client homes in Leander, Dripping Springs, Southwest Austin, and surrounding communities.

Requirements

Must be physically strong and able to assist with client transfers (including lifting/assisting clients with significant weight or height).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes in Leander and beyond.
Must be available to work 12-hour shifts and weekends (flexibility is critical; applicants unable to commit to this schedule should not apply).
Must be comfortable working in homes with dogs.
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience OR a valid CNA license.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Nice To Haves

CNA preferred
Experience with wheelchair transfers and gait belts is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for transfers (including wheelchair and gait belt usage) and mobility for clients with significant physical needs (e.g., Parkinson’s, limited mobility).
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding using proper body mechanics and safety equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with pet care (candidates must be comfortable working in homes with dogs).
Reliable driving to and between client locations in the Austin/Leander area is essential.
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, families, and our care team.
