About The Position

Join Our Team of Experts in Rehabilitation! Total Extended Care Services, a growing Physical Medicine and Rehab group is looking for a dedicated Physiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our team of APP's in the sub-acute rehab setting. This position is perfect for those passionate about improving patient outcomes and working within an interdisciplinary, specialized team. Why Partner with Us? Requirements

Licensed MD/DO (Required)
Must be licensed in TN
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

PM &R Board Certified (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Partner with the facility's therapy department to provide the best possible rehab care.
Communication and collaboration with the patient's primary care team to ensure the best outcomes.
Timely charting/documentation is required but can be done from home.
Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are providing PM & R services in a sub-acute setting.
Audit documentation to ensure it meets company standards.
