About The Position

The Mayo Clinic Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a board-certified/eligible Brain Injury physiatrist to join an established subspecialty practice. Clinical practice opportunities are available across the continuum of care for patients with acquired brain injury or illness. Requirements

  • board-certified/eligible Brain Injury physiatrist

Responsibilities

  • Serve as practicing physician in interdisciplinary teams for acute care consult service, CARF-accredited rehabilitation unit, and CARF-accredited comprehensive outpatient program
  • Standard scheduled with intermittent weekend and holiday coverage
  • Clinical supervision and education of brain injury medicine fellow, PM&R residents, and medical students
  • Option for involvement in Neuro rehabilitation clinic and Spasticity Clinic depending on candidate experience and/or interest
