Perform patient care and complete documentation in a timely manner and within insurance guidelines. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and reasoning processes in carrying out the plan of care (i.e. appropriate decision-making skills). Assure patient charges and productivity reports are performed accurately and in a timely (daily) manner. Demonstrate organizational time management by completing work in a timely manner, utilizing available staff and resources, and not incurring any unapproved overtime. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
