About The Position
Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO. Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Website: https://highlandsbhs.com The PHP Group Therapist serves as core clinical provider within a structured, intensive behavioral health program treating adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The therapist delivers evidence-based group psychotherapy and psycho-education, conducts clinical assessments, monitors safety and treatment response, collaborates in a multidisciplinary environment to support patient stabilization and fundamental improvement
Requirements
- One year of experience working with this population required.
- Lisence preferred (LPC,LCSW) however license eligable will be considered with appropriate background/experince.
- Some experience with substance use/abuse desirable.
