Quantum Computing, Inc. (QCi) is an innovative, integrated photonics and quantum optics technology company that provides accessible and affordable quantum machines to the world today. QCi’s products are designed to operate at room temperature and low power at an affordable cost. The Company’s portfolio of core technologies and products offer unique capabilities in the areas of high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, as well as remote sensing applications. We are seeking a motivated intern to support the simulation of beam propagation in thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) chips under electrical modulation. This work is a critical part of our ongoing research in photonic computing and integrated chip design—key components of our company’s near-future roadmap. Through this internship, you will gain valuable experience in optical simulations and deepen the understanding of electro-optic modulation. Your insights and data generated will contribute directly to both research proposals and hardware development. This involves working directly with a team of engineers and collaborating closely on the design of a dispersion-based optical neural network.
