As the Photography Team Lead – Sales & Event Operations, you will be the primary driver of success at youth sports tournaments, ensuring seamless event execution, strong team performance, and outstanding customer experiences. This role goes beyond management—it's a chance to develop lifelong leadership, sales, and problem-solving skills. You'll oversee onsite operations, drive sales, and inspire a team of 2-6 Crew Members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. With full ownership of event execution, you'll manage logistics, maximize revenue, and tackle challenges on the spot. The Onsite Leader will report to the District Manager and collaborate with the Photography and Sales team members to deliver top-tier service at every event.
