About The Position

As the Photography Team Lead – Sales & Event Operations, you will be the primary driver of success at youth sports tournaments, ensuring seamless event execution, strong team performance, and outstanding customer experiences. This role goes beyond management—it's a chance to develop lifelong leadership, sales, and problem-solving skills. You'll oversee onsite operations, drive sales, and inspire a team of 2-6 Crew Members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. With full ownership of event execution, you'll manage logistics, maximize revenue, and tackle challenges on the spot. The Onsite Leader will report to the District Manager and collaborate with the Photography and Sales team members to deliver top-tier service at every event. Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, confident, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Must be available on weekends (Friday-Sunday) for travel-based events.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onsite photography, printing, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain high product quality and efficient operations.
  • Assist with photography when necessary while prioritizing leadership and sales.
  • Manage onsite logistics, setup, and teardown.
  • Handle challenges swiftly and effectively to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain constant communication with staff and company leadership.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of 2-6 Crew Members per event.
  • Set clear goals and expectations while providing real-time feedback and coaching.
  • Keep the team focused, motivated, and productive in a high-energy environment.
  • Ensure every staff member delivers excellent service to customers.
  • Set and drive sales goals throughout the event.
  • Lead by example—engage with customers, upsell products, and close sales.
  • Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience that drives repeat business.
