Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Digital Media, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in professional photography settings, including studio and on-location work.
Proven experience in similar roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and achievements.
Outstanding organizational skills and OCD-level attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of tasks. Fast.
An encyclopedic understanding of photography equipment, software, and AI tools used for managing and improving visual content.
Expert level demonstration of Adobe Lightroom Classic, Capture One, Photo Mechanic, Photoshop, Narrative.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambitious environment, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
A keen, curious, cool-headed, resilient, enthusiastic personality that can jump between collaboration and driving projects solo without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities

Meticulously maintaining our photography equipment and related software and computer hardware, ensuring everything is in tip top shape and ready-to-go for shoots.
Supporting our photographers by setting up the studio, including lighting and camera equipment, ahead of shoots–in the studio or on location.
Acting as the second pair of eyes for the photographer on a shoot–validating incoming photographs as they are captured and processed.
Checking focus and exposure, making initial selects, and applying accurate file names.
Applying metadata, and using AI to help streamline processes when possible.
Ensuring smooth operation and consistency, completeness, and discoverability of the final product.
Partnering with photographers to retouch imagery when needed, learning about and applying the latest techniques.
Proposing, sharing, and defining new techniques and processes to keep yourself and the team at the state of the art.
Keeping up with the latest technologies, equipment, trends, and workflows.
Collaborating closely with photographers, Art Directors, Creative Directors, and Program Managers to deliver world-class visual storytelling on-time, on-budget, that tells our story brilliantly.
