NVIDIA is looking for a dedicated Photography Digital Operator (Digitech) to join our creative team in Santa Clara, California! Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional photography settings, including studio and on-location work.
  • Proven experience in similar roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and achievements.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and OCD-level attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of tasks. Fast.
  • An encyclopedic understanding of photography equipment, software, and AI tools used for managing and improving visual content.
  • Expert level demonstration of Adobe Lightroom Classic, Capture One, Photo Mechanic, Photoshop, Narrative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambitious environment, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • A keen, curious, cool-headed, resilient, enthusiastic personality that can jump between collaboration and driving projects solo without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities

  • Meticulously maintaining our photography equipment and related software and computer hardware, ensuring everything is in tip top shape and ready-to-go for shoots.
  • Supporting our photographers by setting up the studio, including lighting and camera equipment, ahead of shoots–in the studio or on location.
  • Acting as the second pair of eyes for the photographer on a shoot–validating incoming photographs as they are captured and processed.
  • Checking focus and exposure, making initial selects, and applying accurate file names.
  • Applying metadata, and using AI to help streamline processes when possible.
  • Ensuring smooth operation and consistency, completeness, and discoverability of the final product.
  • Partnering with photographers to retouch imagery when needed, learning about and applying the latest techniques.
  • Proposing, sharing, and defining new techniques and processes to keep yourself and the team at the state of the art.
  • Keeping up with the latest technologies, equipment, trends, and workflows.
  • Collaborating closely with photographers, Art Directors, Creative Directors, and Program Managers to deliver world-class visual storytelling on-time, on-budget, that tells our story brilliantly.
