About The Position
Industrial Color is seeking a talented Photographer with experience in high-volume e-Commerce content production to join our dynamic team based onsite in our Tribeca studios. As a Photographer, you will play a crucial role in our creative process, collaborating closely with stylists, producers, and clients to produce compelling images and videos. Your primary focus will be on capturing high-quality still-life and on-figure images that meet the creative and technical standards expected by our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all images are accurately organized, backed up, and delivered in a timely manner. We are looking for candidates with an exemplary portfolio that showcases their capabilities in shooting catalog, lifestyle, and editorial work for major retail and advertising brands. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, exercise good judgment, and share a passion for the art of photography. In this role, you will create eCommerce imagery for our clients while actively participating in the development of our studio's portfolio. You will maintain an efficient on-set workflow, working collaboratively with your team to meet volume requirements and foster productive and positive relationships with clients. Keeping the studio clean, organized, and safe is essential, as is managing supplies and maintaining equipment in an orderly fashion. You will utilize professional hardware and software for tethered capture, evaluation, color management, and editing on set. Adherence to client style guides and compliance with service level agreements is imperative. Additionally, you will be responsible for file management on set, including creating online galleries for client review and processing files for delivery. Staying current with industry trends and exploring new techniques and tools to enhance your craft will also be part of your responsibilities.
