OVERVIEW: THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAPTURING HIGH-QUALITY IMAGES OF RV UNITS TO BE USED IN MARKETING, SALES, AND ONLINE PLATFORMS. THIS INCLUDES STAGING, POWERING, DECORATING, AND PHOTOGRAPHING UNITS, ALONG WITH ORGANIZING, EDITING, AND UPLOADING MEDIA. THE ROLE REQUIRES A CREATIVE EYE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED, OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT.

Nice To Haves

Experience with DSLR photography and basic staging techniques.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing tools.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Prior use of VR camera systems or 3D tour creation tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual content creation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Locate and identify RV units that need to be photographed.
Power units using AC or battery power to prepare them for staging.
Decorate units using provided props and staging materials to enhance photo quality.
Capture high-quality exterior and interior images using a DSLR camera.
Operate a virtual reality (VR) camera and compatible tablet to create immersive tours.
Ensure consistent quality and proper file handling for all VR content.
Perform light editing and formatting of images using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
Organize, label, and upload images to the proper internal platforms.
Ensure all files meet brand standards and are accessible to relevant departments.
Maintain an accurate record of all units photographed.
Track progress and keep a consistent log of completed tasks and pending units.
Communicate with multiple departments to coordinate photography needs.
Assist with marketing team projects or special content creation as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
