About The Position

The ThreatLocker Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality photos that bring our brand to life. This includes events, conferences, executive portraits, team culture, marketing campaigns, product launches, and behind-the-scenes moments. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Events, PR, and Leadership to visually document and elevate everything we do. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates moments before they happen, and can deliver polished visuals on tight timelines. The role will be based in Orlando, FL.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional photography experience (portrait, corporate, events, brand, or editorial)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating event, portrait, and lifestyle photography
  • Advanced proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and workflows
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop skills for retouching, compositing, and post-processing
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
  • Ability to work quickly and deliver same-day or next-day edits when required
  • Strong eye for storytelling, composition, and detail
  • Comfortable working with executives, large crowds, and high-pressure environments
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with brand layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite beyond Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign a plus)
  • Basic video or hybrid photo/video experience
  • Drone photography experience (FAA certification a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Capture professional photography at ThreatLocker events, conferences, trade shows, and company functions
  • Produce executive headshots, team portraits, and lifestyle brand imagery
  • Document company culture, day-to-day office life, and candid moments
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Demand Generation, PR, and Social teams to support campaigns and content needs
  • Edit, retouch, and post-process images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for use across web, social, PR, presentations, and advertising
  • Apply light graphic design support when needed, including basic layout, compositing, and brand-aligned visual treatments
  • Maintain an organized, searchable photo library
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
  • Travel as needed to domestic and international events
