About The Position

Inter-State Studio is growing in the San Antonio/Austin area and we are looking for ENERGETIC, SELF- MOTIVATED, RELIABLE individuals to join our team for the Spring of 2025-2026 school season. If you work well with school aged kids and love taking pictures, then this job is for you! No direct school photography experience required but a great attitude and customer service skills are. As you progress through our hands-on training program you will learn many aspects of photography including individuals, class groups, sports, Seniors and our Spring program! Our photographers enjoy: - Paid training and all the equipment needed to be successful. - Competitive Pay - Mileage reimbursement for all travel expenses - Weekly Pay. - Bonus opportunity at the end of each season Paid training starts Jan. 26

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
We conduct a background check as part of post-offer requirements.
Must have your own transportation and be willing to travel throughout the San Antonio and Austin area.
Must be able to start your day as early as 6:00 am.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
Must have a great attitude and willing to work hard in a fast paced environment.
Must work well in a team atmosphere.
Customer service background is required.
Must have a general knowledge of computer skills and ability to learn software
Driver's License (REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

Arrive to your scheduled school on time. Punctuality is a must.
Transport, set up, and break down photography equipment on site.
Photograph students and staff of all ages while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Produce quality portraits based on company standards.
Complete end of the day procedures with great attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
