About The Position
Bella Baby Photography is seeking part-time photographers to work in hospital settings, capturing precious moments of newborns and their families. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about photography and enjoy working with infants. As a Bella Baby Photographer, you will be responsible for conducting 15-minute mini-sessions, handling and posing newborns, editing images on-site, and presenting packages to clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, self-motivated, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. You will be part of a diverse team that includes experienced photographers, small business owners, students, and parents, all working together to create beautiful newborn portraits. In this position, you will need to demonstrate great time management skills, patience, and understanding, as newborns may not always cooperate during sessions. The role offers a commission-based earning potential, starting at $15.00 per hour, with additional sales bonuses and tips. You will also have access to a $250 onboarding bonus and quarterly bonus opportunities, along with 401k eligibility and professional development assistance. The work schedule typically involves 2-3 days per week, including one weekend day, with start times at 9 am and varying end times based on the volume of babies being photographed.
