About The Position

Provide in-house photography & videography for all businesses while partnering with the Communications Team to deliver digital and print products.

Requirements

• Photography & Videography Expertise – Ability to capture, edit, and produce high-quality visual content across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment using Adobe programs (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro)
• Creative Direction & Brand Consistency – Maintain a cohesive and elevated brand aesthetic in all visual assets.
• Project & Asset Management – Organize, track, and manage digital assets and production schedules efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work seamlessly with marketing, social media, and design teams to execute creative projects.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Quickly adjust to changing priorities and troubleshoot challenges in visual production.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house photography and videography while collaborating with the Communications team, managers, buyers, chefs, visuals etc.
• Style photo and video shoots alongside the visuals team, maintaining an organized and elevated look/feel.
• Edit all photography and videography assets to ensure a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Capture photo and video assets for use across social media, website, event collateral, email newsletters, external advertisements, etc.
• Plan and coordinate bi-yearly lifestyle photoshoots, including: Booking models Securing venues Booking hair/makeup artists as needed
• Photograph and assist with events, focusing on social photography.
• Create organized folders with high-resolution images for magazine & web requests.
• Upload all edited photo/video assets to Sharepoint and Social Scheduler.
• Review Monday platform daily to stay up to date with photography and videography needs.
• Work closely with Social Media Specialists for content planning and idea generation.
• Ensure all visual assets align with the Hive Collective brand identity.
• Support the communications department and provide sales floor coverage as needed.
• Update Toast and OpenTable with new imagery.
