About The Position

ShowingTime+ is seeking experienced photographers for part-time real estate media work. This role involves capturing high-quality photos, videos, drone imagery, and creating Zillow's 3D interactive floor plans to assist real estate agents in marketing listings effectively. Photographers will work approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for more hours during high demand periods, and may have opportunities for full-time employment in the future.

Requirements

• Experience capturing high-quality photography, preferably in real estate.
• Deep understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR/Mirrorless systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 drone license.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to drive longer distances, covering an area with a 60+ mile radius.
• Access to reliable internet upload speeds for daily uploads.
• Professional full frame or crop sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera with AEB capability.
• Wide-angle lens and tripod.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone photography & videos, and social media videos for properties.
• Utilize advanced photography techniques and equipment to showcase properties.
• Coordinate and interact with clients on site to understand their photography needs.
• Provide guidance and direction to clients during photography sessions.
• Ensure all photographs adhere to brand guidelines and accurately represent properties.
• Manage and maintain photography equipment for optimal performance.
• Organize and upload captured media for post-processing, meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate photography.
• Develop creative concepts for photography to showcase properties effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to deliver cohesive visual assets.
