Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Natural mechanical or electronic ability
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices a plus
Vocational Technical education is helpful a plus

Responsibilities

Attend classroom learning about the products you’ll be servicing.
Shadow an experienced Service Technician. After time, perform technician responsibilities while shadowed by an experienced Service Technician.
Provide an outstanding customer experience through great communication and support.
Perform field repairs and maintenance on various office equipment to manufacturers specifications
Manage your day completing service calls to meeting customer expectations and company processes
Maintain accurate repair records for time, part, and company assets
Manage your car stock inventory
Performs other duties as directed by Service Management
Ability to make decisions, use the tools available and the resources of others to accomplish objectives
Able to work comfortably with a variety of customers and associates
Flexible attitude and versatility in learning
High level of comfort using computers, tablets, phones, or other handheld devices
