About The Position
The Photo Retoucher position at Patagonia, Inc. is a fixed-term contract role based in Ventura, CA, designed to support the conversion of Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Wholesale Workbook CAD renderings into accurately colorized live images. This role is crucial for ensuring that the images used in the Wholesale Preseason Online Catalog are of the highest quality and color accuracy. The individual in this position will be responsible for utilizing various tools such as PLM, Brand Portal, and Elastic to extract, retouch, and upload completed images within specified deadlines. The Photo Retoucher will collaborate closely with partners in the Wholesale department to document, track, and report on the retouching process, ensuring that all images meet the necessary standards for presentation and publication. In this role, the Photo Retoucher will process and color correct CAD product renderings and existing live product photos, maintaining a consistent workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. They will continuously monitor and adjust color calibration settings to ensure consistency in color accuracy across all images. The position also involves participating in relevant meetings to assist in successful content uploads and product presentations, making it essential for the individual to be detail-oriented, disciplined, and efficient in their work. The Photo Retoucher will need to be adaptable to changes and comfortable working under pressure, as they will be handling high volumes of work with tight deadlines.
