In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, managing service requests, and promoting our client’s services. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience with CRM software and multiple communication platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
  • Flexible with scheduling, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and manage service requests.
  • Promote client services to customers.
  • Handle high call volumes (100+ calls/day) while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Engage customers and convert inquiries into sales.
