About The Position

Common Man Real Estate Project is seeking a Phone Room Professional with managerial experience to oversee and lead our phone operations. This pivotal full-time role requires strong communication and leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation of the phone room and exceptional support for clients. The position will begin remotely but will transition to in-person work shortly after hire as the company finalizes its central office location.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a phone room environment, with a strong track record of success.
• Managerial or supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and office software for data management and reporting.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a phone room team, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.

• Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
