About The Position
Phone Room Associate (FULL-TIME) “The Largest Independent Established Multi-Specialty Group in Central North Carolina is Seeking a Phone Room Associate to Join Our Team!” VOTED “BUSINESS OF THE YEAR” 2018 VOTED ONE OF THE “FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES IN THE TRIAD” 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 Bethany Medical, an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy, is seeking a Phone Room Associate to join our Team! The PRA will greet and assist the organization's visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Requirements
- An associate's degree is preferred
- A high school diploma is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
