State Credit Union is in need of a phone center Loan Officer at our Operations building in Columbia, SC to provide sales and service associated with loans. In this position, the candidate will have the pleasure of serving members' needs in order to better their financial lives while working in a high quality work life balanced organization. All candidates must be sales oriented, well organized, have the ability to efficiently multi-task, possess exceptional communication and computer skills, and be able to handle difficult customer issues. All applicants must have a minimum of one year lending experience, with a preference for experience in a fast-paced phone center environment. A college degree may be substituted for lending experience. All applicants should have good computer skills and a moderate amount of experience with Office products, especially Word and Excel.
