About The Position
StandUp Wireless is seeking a dedicated Phone Activation Representative to join our team in the Los Angeles area. This role involves activating government-funded phones for individuals receiving assistance through programs such as CalFresh or Medi-Cal. As a Phone Activation Rep, you will play a crucial role in helping eligible individuals gain access to essential communication services, thereby enhancing their ability to connect with resources and support systems. The position is commission-based, offering $20.25 per activation, which provides an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to earn based on their performance. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the activation process, ensuring they understand the benefits of the service, and assisting them in completing the necessary paperwork. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. We are looking for candidates who can work full-time, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity for those with a RAD ID experience, as it will facilitate the activation process.
