About The Position

The X-Ray Technologist at Fast Pace Health plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a friendly and supportive environment. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting or Urgent Care.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License in Indiana and proof of ARRT License.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
  • Perform nursing duties including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, drawing blood, giving injections, and performing clinical tasks.
  • Operate or oversee the operation of X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is in proper operating condition.
  • Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
  • Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
  • Complete all required preceptor training to onboard and train new hires.
  • Engage with Learning and Development to manage onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Facilitate welcome and introductions for new employees on their first day in the clinic.
  • Partner with Learning and Development to establish training plans and review schedules.
  • Submit weekly evaluations on trainees' progress to Learning and Development.
  • Communicate training progress or concerns to operations leadership and Learning and Development.
  • Complete final evaluation and Proof of Proficiency form on the final training day.
