About The Position

The Phlebotomy Supervisor will oversee functions of Patient Services that may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy, and Patient Service Centers. The Supervisor will have responsibility for all activities of the function including but not limited to, training of all personnel, all daily operations, and staffing of PSCs. Ensure maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all facilities supervised.

Requirements

• Experience in phlebotomy and patient services.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to train and manage staff effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in phlebotomy or related field.
• Experience with mobile phlebotomy services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee functions of Patient Services including Mobile Phlebotomy and In-Office Phlebotomy.
• Manage daily operations and staffing of Patient Service Centers (PSCs).
• Train all personnel involved in phlebotomy services.
• Ensure maintenance of a safe and professional environment in all supervised facilities.
