About The Position

The Phlebotomy Supervisor will oversee the functions of Patient Services, which may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy, and Patient Service Centers. This role encompasses responsibility for all activities within the function, including training personnel, managing daily operations, and staffing Patient Service Centers (PSCs). The supervisor is also tasked with ensuring the maintenance of a safe and professional environment across all supervised facilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee functions of Patient Services that may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy and Patient Service Centers
Have responsibility for all activities of the function including but not limited to, training of all personnel, all daily operations and staffing of PSCs
Ensure maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all facilities supervised
